Negotiating For the Best Offer
When you’re in this strong position of having multiple job offers, you stand a great chance of negotiating a better deal. Don’t be insanely aggressive – that’s a fast way to lose an offer. But do be honest and upfront. Go back to your recruiters and tell them you’re interested but have other offers and would like to see if they can come up with a more attractive package. Remember what we discussed above – don’t just go in, all-guns-blazing demanding an extra $10k – they’ll laugh you right out of the door.
